About the Fund

AOF is an ASX-listed REIT that wholly owns a diversified portfolio of properties located across Australian metropolitan and CBD markets.

The Fund is managed by Australian Unity Investment Real Estate Limited (AUIREL) as the Responsible entity. Australian Unity Funds Management Limited (AUFML) is the provider of investment management services to the Fund and Australian Unity Property Management Pty Limited (AUPM) is the property and asset manager of the Fund.

Shareholder communications

Receiving your unitholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will assist Australian Unity Office Fund with minimising paper usage. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. To make the change, login to www.investorserve.com.au, add your email address via ‘My Details’ on the left-hand side of the screen and click ‘Communication Options’ to select the communication options you would like to set to email.

You can make a standing election as to how you would like to receive certain documents including annual reports, meeting-related documents (for example notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) and payment statements.

You can also make a request to receive a document in physical or electronic form by contacting the registry on enquiries@boardroomlimited.com.au.

You will also be able to access Unitholder Documents such as our Annual Report, Notice of Meeting and other documents relating to unitholder meetings when they are published on our website or made available on the ASX platform.

    We will promptly acknowledge your complaint, investigate it and decide in a timely manner what action needs to be taken. We will notify you of our decision within 30 days after receipt of the complaint, together with any remedies that are available, or other avenues of appeal against the decision
